Demo The Under Crown Shade CBG

by Col on February 21, 2017

Hi guys,
A new build to show you today,

This 4-String, through neck Cigar Box Guitar has a nice heavy wooden box, a Red Grandis, hard wood neck with 23 frets and mother of pearl top fret marks, a bone nut and bridge, antiqued box corners, grommets and enclosed tuners. It has a double Piezo pickup with volume control and a hand made tail piece.

Above is a closer look at the box.

In this photo you can see my right boot print, the antiqued grommets, the decorative, antiqued box corner and the slotted neck, that slides onto the box.

Here is a look at the box label, the top hat volume knob and a side view of the bridge and handmade tail piece.

The one piece Red Grandis neck has been stained and oiled, it has 23 frets and mother of pearl, top fret mark inlays.

The head stock has a bone nut and counter sunk, antiqued, enclosed tuners.

With the reverse of the head stock, you can see the antiqued, enclosed tuners and my logo sticker.

In this view of the tail end, you can see the strap button, jack input and my antiqued, hand made tail piece.

Here is a look at the back of the box, just to show you the labels.

The last picture is a long, arty look up from the tail end.

Finally here is a demo video for this build.
